27/03/2024: Good reading. 3 years ago, I left a bad review on this place. Despite everything, we have been going back for a few months and our verdict: In the dining room, it is true that the hygiene is not great, the fries and sandwiches, a hot one a cold one, the waiters and waitresses, friendly and always with a little smile (we must surely come across the good ones 😉) and for the past 5-6 times, we've taken it from click and collect in the car, fast service, nothing is missing (as long as it lasts 😂) and at least, if it's cold, a pop in the microwave and off we go. After all the negative reviews I've read, a little positive goes a long way. See you soon, the white 207 🤪. Continuation: today 03/27 I'm going to click collect during my break. They tell me that my order is ready and they bring it to me. I wait, the others are served. I call the person after 10 minutes who tells me: they are finding out. I wait another 5 minutes and I go directly to the counter and there I am told that my order had been lost. I am angry and ask the manager who answers: I don't know what happened, we lost her. Between my order and collection, I lost 40 minutes of my break time while living there and not even a commercial gesture from them 😡😡
