21/03/2024: I now live far from the 15th arrondissement, and I regret no longer being able to go to Washi, which for me is one of the best Thai restaurants in Paris. Visited at least thirty times over the years and never disappointed. I recommend the pad thai and the chocolate spring rolls!
01/02/2024: We fell in love with the restaurant. I took skewers with satey sauce, the chicken was really tender, I have never eaten skewers so well cooked 😳
And the spring rolls were super crispy, had a lot of flavor 🤩
And very good service!

06/04/2024: Dishes too salty for my taste, I need to dilute the soup with water so that it is drinkable. plus, the service is terrible! The threatening waitress, I have never had such bad service in my entire life! My girlfriend came to their restaurant yesterday, she is not happy with the service because the dish was taken from her twice when it was not yet finished. She put a two-star review on Google. We didn't come back today because we live across the street, the 'responsible' waitress told her if she doesn't delete her two-star review on Google, this restaurant won't welcome her anymore. This is truly scandalous. My girlfriend says that if the waiter who took her unfinished dishes three times comes to say sorry, she agrees to delete his Google review. But the waiter refused to apologize because he thinks he didn't make this mistake on purpose... never had that... disappointed...
06/04/2024: Top notch cuisine. It's a shame that the service is far from correct. While I was chatting with my friend, the waiter collected our unfinished dishes without even asking if we were finished. I complained to him that we had to stop eating our meals. They started to keep asking us if we were finished, so there was obviously a third of meat on the tray… never had such an unpleasant dinner experience in my life….

06/03/2024: Excellent Thai restaurant in the Beaugrenelle district. Very good value for money. The dishes are generous and well presented; the service is impeccable but a little slow when there are people because the gentleman is all alone to serve, welcome, answer the phone, cash and manage take-out sales! I recommend this restaurant.

Very salty starter
Dish in minimal quantity
Hello Westerners but catastrophic service with Asians.
I waited 20 minutes to pay, the waitress came who took my card and validated the amount without even showing me the price typed on the credit card machine. Fired me once I paid, saying "we can't be everywhere" so I called the waitress a second time to pay since I have to work afterwards.
18/03/2024: Thai Lao is an elegant, small and cozy restaurant, which offers simple traditional Lao and Thai cuisine, full of flavor. The chef is talented. The owner is attentive, even if there is sometimes a wait depending on busy times. The waitress is smiling and efficient.
Lunch menu at €14.50 (starter + main course + coffee)
Starter: spring rolls
Dish: chicken with green curry sauce
Cantonese rice
The spring rolls are the best (light and very crispy) that I know. We could eat it without being hungry...
The chicken is tender and the curry subtly dosed. Cantonese rice is tasty
The à la carte dishes are also excellent.
Thai Lao is ideal for a romantic dinner as well as a group meal or a quick lunch with colleagues... Staff from UNESCO, ESA and surrounding ministries go there regularly

Will come here again.
