17/03/2024: A very nice discovery. The place is unusual, you don't know where to look so much that you want to see everything. A perfect kitchen.
An unimaginable rum menu but the owner will be able to advise you and his son is passionate and can tell you about almost all the rums with their stories and tastes.
Don't hesitate to go there.

The meal was plentiful. Worked and exquisite desserts, a beautiful presentation of the dishes and very friendly waiters. However, the calm was resounding, more of a date atmosphere than a meal with colleagues.

02/04/2024: Great place, with a friendly welcome and ok service. Unfortunately, the service lacks the features to be really good. The kitchen is good, but it has to be noticed when a fillet of fish is spoiled, you have to smell it in the kitchen! Price performance is generally ok, but no quarter for spoiled fish!
Update after reaction:
It was affected by 3 fillets, so I couldn't classify it or complain about it from the start. An off smell was immediately present, but it couldn't be assigned to the 3rd fillet. Easier in the pan than in a restaurant.

26/10/2023: He really didn't feel like it anymore... uninterested, just shouting bon apetit when he was almost back in the kitchen, 3 course menu and standing outside again within an hour while we were looking forward to the 1st evening of our holiday ..just told the table that in the future we should not order online with the fork but just call...we did that but he didn't answer...it costs him €2.44 per reservation.
Putting bread on the table after the starter, the dregs remained in the wine glass, mainly chatting with the guests at the other table, café gourmand with grapes, among other things, and a very small piece of tarte tartin dough and the sugar with the coffee we had to take your fingers out of the container
Why we didn't say anything (that's in other comments from the owner) Where should we have started!
Our advice is.....do something else or a different concept because this really doesn't work!
09/10/2023: I highly recommend having lunch or dinner at the Tour de l’Hô.
The cuisine is of high quality, with bold and successful combinations, fish cooked to perfection and excellent chocolate desserts (neither too bitter nor too sweet).
The chef happily shared his recipes with us and knew how to move us with his projects.

Flawless! This is what we expect when we go to a restaurant but it is becoming rare..
