19/03/2024: One of the most recommended in the region. Fine and delicate cuisine with clear and distinguished tastes as well as exquisite. All enhanced by this captivating view of the lake but also the decoration, which is simple but completely chic and elegant.

Two families of us went there to relax before going to see the abyss. Very well received, the dishes are plentiful and of high quality, everyone enjoyed it!
Special mention to the boss who agreed to let us bring a birthday cake for one of the children because they didn't offer one, and even brought it to music with candles!
In short, we come regularly to Fontaine de Vaucluse, we occasionally eat in this restaurant and one thing is certain, we will come back with pleasure :)
17/03/2024: New address for my visits to the Fontaine de Vaucluse, my pied-à-terre having closed. Well I am pleasantly surprised!!!
All the restaurants are full, the Sorgues flood and a sunny day obliges... we are offered to call back when a place becomes available, a small, kind gesture very appreciated.
A few minutes later we were called back. Pleasant welcome, small table by the water.
Fairly fast service despite a huge crowd. Very good dishes, excellent desserts, and always served with a smile despite fatigue (record attendance)
We will come back for sure

06/04/2024: What a pleasure... lunch on the terrace in the shade of a plane tree with the sound of the water wheel....
Really very nice... the plates are well filled and the food is good... no complaints about the service... pleasant young man who listens to our needs... very pleasant time.
04/04/2024: Lovely restaurant with ample outdoor seating in a welcoming and cozy patio next to the stream (including a water mill). We stopped here mid-hike for a lunch and though our group size required some accomodations, the staff were quick in putting a couple of tables together and providing us with a lovely setting for a lunch.
We mostly ordered salads and croque monsieurs. The menus state the salads are large, and that's probably even an understatement. We got the petrarque salad (duck, including some nice toast with olive spread), ceasar (fried chicken though instead of roasted) and croque monsieurs with fries. The food came surprisingly quickly, service was friendly & jovial. Would definitely return here.

17/01/2024: Coming as a family, we took a board for 18 euros (because there are no other options available on the menu) with 2 beers and a syrup
Long wait result
The beer I received was not the one I had ordered despite the fact that for a bar only 3 beers were available, so 2 of the same brand
The syrup arrives in a dirty plastic glass
And to finish with the frozen tapas board, soaked in more than rancid oil served in small ramekins without any presentation accompanied with the luxury of mayonnaise in a sachet so 1 was already open
I find paying 30 euros a scam (even under the excuse of inflation)
So no, I do not recommend this establishment either for the service or for the food
The only plus of this establishment and the place otherwise there is nothing to see
I hope this little post can help leaders see the problems in their establishment

14/01/2024: Horrible experience, I don't know how it is possible that these type of people have a restaurant or even a cafe...we asked for a menu and they don't have one, there was a handmade paper, only two options of beers, plancha for 18 euros and we asked if it was for two people... In short everything is frozen, fried in rancid oil, 6 tiny donuts per person 18 euros!!! Finally we paid almost 35 euros for 2 beers, 1 horrible board and a syrup. Not coming will be a disappointment for sure.
