13/03/2024: Summary for those reluctant to read adventure: Go for it !!! It's so good ! A waiter is a little shy towards the customers in the room, giving advice on the dishes on the menu. I ordered a horse steak, accompanied by vegetables, cooked to medium rare. The wait is really short! Exquisite meat, the requested cooking was perfectly respected, the cooking of the egg was controlled (no burning on the white part) it's a shame that the yolk was pierced, it's forgivable because the vegetables were crunchy and tender when cooked. times when there were 3 very different vegetables making up the accompaniment. Pepper sauce with character to my taste and in limited doses to let us enjoy this good quality meal. Conclusion : A delight, if you are in Chantonnay on the move or simply passing through for the day, the restaurant is well worth the detour for the price. Just one little word to the Moulin Neuf restaurant: for the menu, try to offer dishes such as salad, fish or something lighter, I'm trying to lose weight and whet my appetite. Courage the new mill! 14/03/2024: A good McDonalds restaurant, where the service is rather fast and quality. The staff is pleasant and understanding. The only negative point, just to go into detail, is the closing time, which I find a little tight sometimes (10 p.m. on Friday). Overall good experiences each time I visit this restaurant.
