Very small but good rooms and extremely small bathrooms. They can improve a lot to be a 3 star.

Hotel very well located (restaurant and transport), quiet and clean

The location is very good as it is close to 3 subway lines and several lines. Above all, the new male staff member who was there when I checked in was very friendly, so I started off in a good mood. Overall, all the staff are friendly, and I really like that there is a water purifier (I didn't have an Ibis in Milan so I bought one. It was difficult) Monge Pharmacy is also nearby, so it's easy to do a lot of shopping and bring it in! Based on my height of 164cm, I could take a shower in the bathroom (the Eiffel view room was great. The view was open so the room didn't feel stuffy). There was no soundproofing at all. ---------------- Add review There are a lot of Korean reviews here, so there were a lot of Korean guests. However, I made a reservation because I was Accor Platinum, but I did not receive any Platinum benefits. I didn't even receive the usual welcome drink (I don't know if it was missing by mistake or what). Even though I am an Accor member, I booked a room with an Eiffel view at a high price. It seems to be more than 1.5 times more expensive than in Korea..? There is a delicious bakery right next door, so I think it would be nice to have breakfast there. I only visited the bakery for one day, but I regretted not going longer. The lack of soundproofing at all is the worst of the worst. The room next to ours was banging on the wall ㅡㅡ

Great location, between two metro stations, less than 100m, 10 min. walk to the Tower.

The location is convenient for easily reaching all the main destinations on foot or with the nearby subway. Courteous staff, clean rooms. The only "flaw" is the really small bathroom!

The location is great, the staff is always kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. It is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and there are lots of dining options around. A great experience.

Stayed 2 nights. Nice, clean hotel room. Close to metro station. Very good!

Really enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff are friendly, attentive, helpful. The breakfast is fresh and has good options. We had half board so included dinner too which was worth every penny/cent, 3 course meal a La carte, great options, my fussy 8 year old loved the food. My only criticism is that the rooms are really small and the bathroom shower really small but we only used the room to sleep and we’re out all day so it wasn’t a big issue for us. For the great location, friendly staff and brilliant food we will definitely book again next visit.

I had a great stay at the hotel, all the staff were very polite and helpful with everything and helped me a lot as I didn't know anything about the language. The rooms met expectations, the shower box is really a little small but nothing that would make it difficult to take a shower. (I'm 1.80) The elevators are always fast and there are 3 in the hotel. Furthermore, there is a reception with several spaces to rest and water to drink! It is also very well located with a bus line that passes in front and also a train station 5 minutes away on foot and you are quickly at the Eiffel Tower. I recommend it to Brazilians who want to come here!
