A 4 MAINS sur Salaise-Sur-Sanne

This restaurant seems to be successful with a clientele in the “office” socio-professional category. When I returned I was very uncomfortable because I don't belong to this population at all. It lacked conviviality or the popular side that I come to find in a “good” restaurant. Nevertheless, we had a blast. The waiting time is okay. The dishes were loaded and very good (salmon steak with vegetable risotto) The dessert is an atomic killer (vanilla caramel pudding) Coffee made to measure at our request. The waitresses and the waiter (the little young West Indian) seemed motivated, involved and very professional. A bit like in the big semi-gastronomic or even gastro restaurants. The gentleman who cashed us in at the end seemed very friendly (I wonder if it was the cook or the manager himself). BRIEF. Despite the clientele, I highly recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE because it is a real restaurant like you don't see so many anymore. Everyone was there. Well done.

It is a cuisine that can be classified as semi-gastronomic. An unforgettable moment with impeccable service. The price is as high as the brand. Thank you and good luck. And we'll come back, just to taste the "girl" chartreuse. We don't know 😉

Discovered by chance on the way back from a trip. Not disappointed. To keep in memory.

Very good cuisine using fresh produce, a very professional welcome. It's difficult to find better in the Salaise Roussillon area if you want to eat something other than industrial food. A repeat without hesitation

Lunch during the week, daily menu or à la carte...we were cold throughout the meal, poorly placed, door left open...in daily menu: no vegetables, potatoes or rice...a little disappointed. On the other hand, impeccable and fast service.
