Excellent ice cream but an organization to review. We had been waiting for 45 minutes for an ice cream, we were naive to believe that the queue would go quickly. After 45 minutes of waiting at the order terminal, the waitress told us that she was closing the terminal because it was too busy!! It is inconceivable to leave the customer like that after this wait. Some very nice customers offered us a ride in front of them. I don't blame the waitress but the organization clearly needs to be reviewed and adapted depending on the busy weekends. Next time we will choose a less good ice cream but with less waiting.

Good quality ice creams and crepes, but friendliness and organization to be reviewed. You have to queue, and you are invited to do so unceremoniously, behind the cordon at the risk of being rejected. A bit of a shame because you can't see the ice cream flavors...

Very good ice cream, very good service, welcoming, very good waffle with very good whipped cream and very good crepes, always attentive to customers. Many thanks, I will come back with pleasure. There is also a very good casino nearby with a magnificent Dupont bakery, they have very good crepes, I recommend them too. I say hello to you.

I read a lot of comments about the wait time. I was probably lucky, I didn't have to wait more than 2 minutes.
My ice cream was very good and the waitress let me taste a flavor to be sure of what I wanted to order.
Very reasonable prices for the quantity and quality!
I didn't eat it there so I can't judge the atmosphere.

Staff not very friendly, tea room to be refreshed, cleanliness to be reviewed. Our chocolate waffles (they don't offer Nutella!!) were served to us on a plastic tray, on cardboard, with disposable cutlery. NO CLASS.
