A very warm welcome in this restaurant We arrived shortly before the kitchens opened and they allowed us to settle in and even defrosted our baby's food jars. We had a very good lunch the onion soup was very good and gratinated just like the quiche Lorraine The flamekueches au gratin were excellent

We were looking for a restaurant on a Tuesday evening. At the start of the week it’s a break. The Dolder opens its doors to us... WHAT HAPPINESS! Quick service royal sauerkraut flavored live with Crémant!! I have NEVER seen this before. The VERY commercial boss offers us Tuesday WE WILL COME BACK AND THANK YOU Dom 74

We had a great time, the meal was very good, the calf's head and snails were great! For me, foie gras and pikeperch on a bed of sauerkraut are delicious! Impeccable and very friendly service. Best of all, they welcomed our dog which is not the case everywhere. Well done!

Arrived on a Sunday without reservation. Luckily there was room. The welcome is cordial, the setting is very "traditional Alsace", right down to the plates. We didn't regret it: rather quick service despite the crowds and good quality dishes. Whatever some comments suggest, it is definitely not a tourist trap.

We are Alsatians and love Winstub… we tested the different restaurants in Riquewhir, this one is the best in terms of dishes, welcome and atmosphere, very good service, very good value for money, we had a great Alsatian evening, I recommend it to others who are too “tourist-hic”… thank you to them for these good times!!!! Christelle and Olivier

22/01/2024: Agréable restaurant authentique où on e sent comme à la maison. Le service est très bien, l'ambiance aussi et les repas très bon. Si on repasse dans le coin nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. On recommande fortement !

27/01/2024: The restaurant is cozy and the food is ok, but we expected more, it was too simple "fusion", without any risk. Maybe a bit expensive for what you get and the owner seemed very uninterested in the customers. I see no reason to repeat. Good wine list and Japanese whiskey selection, but they don't have coffee.
30/12/2023: Delicious food, and superb wines (even if the white is sometimes served too cold). The tastes are refined, the pairings precise and tasty. For that alone, you have to eat there once. The quality-price ratio is questionable (quantities, accompaniment), but these are exceptional products. What hasn't been is the reception. Service relaxed, but almost too much; and yet a little distant (going and returning to the table a little hastily; it's good not to harass the customer, but asking about their wishes seems to me a good idea). The room smelled slightly of stale tobacco. When your nostrils are sharp, it's unpleasant; Fortunately it happened during the meal.
