Au Four St. Louis sur Carcassonne

We had dinner last night as a family, pizzas, one of the best I've ever had, if not the best, truly, spectacular. The service was 10 and above all honesty because I forgot my bag in the restaurant with everything inside and they returned it to us on the street, thank you very much for everything. Out of 10💪💪

Onion soup (not in menu) 🤩 Pizza chef - creamy and great crust! Cassoulet - Abit too salty to our liking but still great;

Delightful food and restaurant Delicious onion soup and asparagus with parmesan sauce. Duck with soya sauce and honey and penned with wild mushrooms all excellent. Good choice of puds. Friendly and helpful staff

I'm only giving 3 stars for the service because this place is understaffed. The two waiters were very nice and doing the best they could but with 30 tables between the two of them they were barely managing. On top of this, what seemed to be the the owner came to eat and drink, and she was always stopping the waiters to order stuff for herself and her lunchmate, seemingly unmoved by the fact that the two waiters were running like headless chicken and covered in sweat. Awesome waiters, cooks and food, shame on the management!

Everything is excellent!! 🙂😉 We enjoyed it from starter to dessert. The duck breast and its sauce are perfect, perfectly cooked, served with potatoes and a great carrot puree. A simple and effective card. The waitress was excellent, smiling and friendly. Very warm welcome, we will come back without hesitation

This is an absolutely amazing pork steak restaurant. Cassoulet and arugula pizza are also delicious. My parents were also completely satisfied. Highly recommended!

The cassoulet is incredibly good. We ordered a cassoulet and a margherita pizza to share. Everything was very good. The pizza, which is artisan, seems to be made in a wood oven because it is so good, I was surprised to discover that they make it in an electric oven. While we were eating, around 2:30 p.m. or so, a small group arrived and I heard the waiter tell them that at that time they no longer make cassoulet, so it's better to go in advance so as not to miss out on a delicacy and because the place is small. .

An exceptional welcome 😍 We arrived on a Saturday evening at 6 p.m. (so well before the start of the service), like the good tourists that we were, in the middle of the Easter holidays... To order 1 pizza to take away "as early as possible" (because we had a guided night tour of the city). The chef very kindly agreed to make it for us straight away (just long enough for the pizza oven to finish heating, with the added concern that it is at the right temperature so that our pizza is perfectly cooked); and all this while it was the time at which the team itself had to eat before starting its shift. In addition, we learned when we came back to get our pizza 20 minutes later that a group of 35 people was expected that evening... So I imagine a busy evening for the whole team! So so much kindness and availability despite the circumstances was well worth a 5🌟 comment especially since, the icing on the cake: we enjoyed the pizza which was absolutely delicious!!!
