Excellent cuisine to enjoy with your eyes closed

Very good restaurant! In the heart of the magnificent and magical city, a very good address! Beautiful menu offering fresh produce, great menu offering with Mise en Bouche and dessert for a low price of 38 euros!! Proposal of excellent wines chosen for us! We also enjoyed eating on this beautiful semi-shaded terrace... Let yourself be seduced!

Yes we came to eat a cassoulet which is obligatory when you come to Carcassonne, yes it is very good, the rest of the meal is also very good, especially the fabulous thin apple tart. But on the other hand the quality of service is abominable. The restaurant was full on this long weekend with the bridge, but obviously there are too many tables for this team. The tables are forgotten, we have been put, removed, put back the cutlery for no reason several times, we have the empty bottle of water taken from us but without giving another one, we are served bad dishes which take a long time to be returned and even more to come back, the waiters are running everywhere and seem to have no organization... The meal was very good, but spending more than 3 hours at the table is too long, it ruins this moment and a good part of the day.

A restaurant that I highly recommend for its homemade and delicious cuisine. Thanks to Théo for serving us with a smile 👍. We will come back with pleasure!!!!!

Good restaurant compared to the majority of tourist traps that can be found in the city

A welcome which seemed somewhat cold at first but which sincerely softened during the meal. Exceptional quality of dishes, very decent value for money, copious and original children's menu for once it's not fries. A short and effective card. Bring a small ticket.

Exceptional cassoulet, the best I have ever eaten in fact, the chef comes from Castelnaudary where surely his specialty, everything is fresh and homemade, to recommend!

I recommend the restaurant. Menu at 26€ with a very very good monstrous cassoulet. Attentive staff. Very nice setting. Thank you to the staff for your kindness.

we ate at the restaurant, where the cuisine is of high quality and the service matches the table. the cassoulet is great. They were busy in the kitchen because my wife is allergic to lactose, they had time to make her a lemon sorbet for dessert, a pavlova while we enjoyed ourselves. THANKS

Fabulous menu and quality. Just take the Cassoulet a la carte. Then a wheelbarrow home.
