We often choose this dish when it is on the menu: it was a delight: we discovered the sweetbreads!!!😍 they melt in your mouth - no need for a knife - while being crispy on the outside thanks to the grid Exactly how I like them ❤️ (except I don’t have any laughs at home) We were tempted by the gourmet coffee which is aptly named and gives a beautiful and tasty overview of the desserts. A very pleasant point: the majority of wines can be taken by the glass: therefore a delicious Saint Nicolas old vines and an equally good but "stronger" St Emilion accompanied us.
