A very pleasant surprise: excellent dinner, refined and original cuisine, very good value for money and very pleasant service. We had a wonderful evening and would recommend this restaurant to our local friends. Fortunately we had reservations, because it was full (Friday evening from the Bridge of Ascension).

Great place, very good restaurant and spacious and quiet room. In short, an excellent address.

A regular for years, a sure value in the region

Excellent cuisine of very good quality. The service staff is very friendly and pleasant as well. The place is unusual, located on the side of a road in the middle of the Vercors. I recommend 100%.

For the 3rd year in a row, we stayed with pleasure at the Auberge du Collet. How can I better tell you about the welcome, the kindness of the owners, the good humor of the staff, Christian's talent in the kitchen (research in highlighting the dishes, cooking with local products, well-presented plates), that 'by visiting them! Each room has a small adjoining living room, very useful after hiking.

While passing through the region, we tested the restaurant by chance and we were absolutely not disappointed! Very good value for money with local, seasonal and very well presented products (that's a pleasure)! The server was very welcoming with the service not too fast nor too slow! The proposed menu can suit all tastes (choice between 4 starters, 4 main courses and a wide choice of dessert). I recommend it without hesitation!
