Very warm welcome... it is better to book because it is very busy. The presentations are as beautiful as the dishes are good. To do as well as visiting the llama farm which is next door.

An excellent bistronomic restaurant. We were very satisfied from the starter to the dessert, a real treat for both the taste buds and the eyes. We highly recommend this address.

We used to go to the Couchetat restaurant during our winter holidays. Restaurant with more regional and traditional cuisine, generous and plentiful with good local products. But.... This year, they changed the formula to move towards a more elaborate bistronomy style cuisine. So, you're going to tell me it's good!! Indeed, it was good (homemade foie gras as a starter and larded scallops) and well done. BUT... Let's just say that this doesn't necessarily correspond to what I'm going to look for when I go to a mountain restaurant. In my opinion, staying with local classics would have been more appropriate, especially since local products are very good and deserve to be worked on.

Restaurant for us unknown good surprise excellent welcome from starter to dessert nothing to say. A local beer and a great Chilean wine The staff listened to us and had a good time in this hostel. To redo

After Lama Mountain, we went to a restaurant which is next to Lama Mountain. Very friendly welcome, very good meals at fair prices. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the aesthetics and flavors. With all my heart for the future and continue on this path 👏

10/05/2024: This restaurant is a must in the area. Very cheerful and professional service and excellent cuisine for reasonable prices. All this in a perfect and bright setting... I still have to try the hotel to see if it is as good. THANKS

19/05/2024: The food is fantastic. But first you have to pass by the owner of the restaurant, who is extremely friendly.
18/05/2024: We came 2 years ago and had dinner at the restaurant, warm, generous and delicious. Perfect mention for cheese specialties! We were accommodated in one of the rooms above the restaurant, stylish, cozy and tastefully decorated. First, we were surprised by the price increase (€65 2 years ago, €95 today) With inflation and the installation of a SPA in the meantime, we weren't really shocked... But this time we were accommodated in the "annex", an adjoining building. A disaster! Small, old-fashioned, cold, curtains and bathroom from another time, damaged and scratched wooden bed. We were as disappointed this time as we were delighted the time before. The price is, therefore, and for the rooms in the annex, not justified.
