A treat for the taste buds. The products are fresh and cooked to perfection. Special mention for the corn dish. To taste without moderation.

Very friendly bistro with good value for money for the starter-main-dessert formula. We had a great welcome. The appetizers and sweets were delicious. Sublime lemon/basil tart. The only downside was the creamed corn which could have had more complexity and the red meat which was very fibrous and possibly overcooked with rather neutral accompaniments.

A warm welcome and impeccable service. The dishes are not only delicious, but also presented with care. An address that we highly recommend and where we can't wait to return.

Very good regional gastronomy accompanied by local wines with a very knowledgeable owner who happily gives explanations on grape varieties that are off the beaten track in Beaujolais, Drôme or Ardèche. Informative and friendly. To know..

Warm welcome and an extremely friendly waiter The service was very long, too long (2h30 for starter, main course, dessert) Concerning the cooking, everything was done well, the cooking was good but unfortunately everything was “flat” It was just good but really nothing more. I didn’t have that reaction where I’m like “wow this is really amazing”. The dessert, however, was very good and somewhat made up for my mixed first impressions. Ultimately, it’s a cuisine that lacks emotion. Really a shame but we still had a pleasant time. Ps: the bread was not of great quality but the sparkling water offered in a carafe is really nice.

Very good time spent at Bistrot B. The dishes are original and good. I recommend this place and would definitely return. The little extra: a carafe of sparkling water is available in the same way as still water!

All the dishes were delicious. The fish was cooked so that it was juicy, tender and delicate.
