08/05/2024: I'm still looking for the cider house side, it's just a normal restaurant, nothing special. The barrels are there for decoration.
The dishes themselves are very interesting, but there are far too many garnishes, what a waste it all is, especially in times of inflation.
The potatoes and peppers, more thorough cooking, lightly grilled would have been desirable, especially the peppers and review the seasonings which were too bland. The toppings are unfortunately not great.
The cep omelet with topissime, it must be admitted.
Prime rib, 3 cooking options in one,
one side on the bone rare, the middle medium and the outside side well cooked.... At least we had all the cooking we wanted 😅.
Service-wise, nothing to complain about the young, welcoming, smiling waitress, always a little word to please, but the waiter is a disaster.... It would be nice to be more friendly, more smiling, we don't pose the dishes without saying a word we are not in a Self or a canteen.
In short, you have to review the basics and not be intimidated by customers.
To say that we are going to come back to it.... That remains to be seen... We are very mixed.
07/05/2024: It's very filling. Even if it takes a good nap to recover from it, we finish the plate because it’s very good
