I rarely go to this Ange bakery because it is too far from my home. The quality of their pastries, breads, etc. are identical, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the people who served me. Thank you and keep it up

There are very, very often people there so you don't have to be in a hurry but their bread is good as well as the croissants. When I go to the pharmacy or nearby I definitely go in to buy something.

I go there very regularly to get my bread and other odds and ends. Never disappointed. The baguettes there are always good and in fact they are my favorite in the region because it is very hard to find a really good bakery with good real bread/baguettes, so I settle for Ange (that one and not the others because they are less good 🤷🏻‍♀️)

The bread is good, the pies are of good quality. The staff is friendly. Too bad there are a lot of waits during rush periods.

02/04/2024: Good and rather generous products. However, there is too little product diversity for higher than average prices.
20/03/2024: Nothing to say about the quality. However, your reputation has been partly built on the use of organic flours: today, there is no longer a dedicated display on sales sites and the answers given by your colleagues remain evasive on the subject. Can you clarify your position on the use (or abandonment) of organic flours in bread making?

13/03/2024: A great welcome, a lovely setting in the Metz center store. The young saleswoman was smiling and very available despite my somewhat in-depth questions because I am from Alsace. She was able to advise me and take the time. The products are great, it reminds me of my youth. I recommend for the welcome and the taste!
29/12/2023: We discovered the Eguisheim store. The sellers and sellers were polite and welcoming. They offered us a tasting. The products are excellent, you can taste the food, the spices and not the sugar like elsewhere. The Kouglopf is sublime. Yes the price is high, but we have products with taste.
