Boulangerie Maeder sur Paris

I had already tried the famous vanilla puffs which I found really good. I have wanted to try something else, I saw that the sweet range had expanded a little and the Easter Flan caught my eye. I've been disappointed. Seeing the flakiness of the dough I was expecting something crispy but on the contrary, it was dry and unfortunately lacked taste. I also took a traditional baguette and the same, I was missing the crunch. For the service I have nothing to complain about, friendly and fast

Very warm welcome by a tall, super busy young man who didn't have time to put products back on the shelves. The quality varies quite a bit. - Croissant meh, very soft. - Lemon tart: only sugar, you don't smell the lemon, it's disgusting. - Quiche loraine meh. poor quality bacon? - Correct flan - Very good chocolate babka - Any chocolate tart

Excellent baguettes, huge and delicious croissants, open on Sundays - what more could you ask for? They're making strings! something not found in the neighborhood.

We found this through "Paris food trip". It was a good surprise. The coffee was good and the croissant was very good. It could make us understand the fame of parisiense croissants. They had a big collection of different kinds of bread and pastery. All appeared delicious.

Very nice team and very good products - special mention for the chocolate chip roll, delicious!
