Boulangerie Marie Blachere sur Carcassonne

I love their baguettes, they have 3 different cooking options. And 3 baguettes or pastries or whatever bought the 4th is free. Their flans and apple pie are so good.

Fairly good quality of products overall, with attractive prices, even if the menus have increased. In terms of service, especially in the middle of the lunch rush, the employees want to do it quickly and well...except that I didn't end up having my dessert in my formula 🥲 and I only noticed it when I returned to the office .

Truly the best bakery in Carcassonne, the baguette is simply to die for, and the pastry and pastries are sublime, plus an excellent welcome, it's great.

I avoid Marie Blachère because it is often impossible to eat outside and there are no toilets. Otherwise the bakery is good and good, pleasant staff, serious, good welcome

Very large selection. My favorite, country bread with ancient grains, a delight😋
