Short stop this morning around 10:30 a.m. Tasting on site All the tables were full of crumbs and the staff was not very friendly or jovial on the contrary spoke loudly among themselves. They came to have a pleasant time... Let's stay positive!

I knew the very first Rose in Vernon... unfortunately if you try to do too much, you lose the quality. Disappointed several times but that's too much. 2 mille-feuilles bought around 11:30 a.m. on a Thursday: they were clearly not of the day! Soft puff pastry, tasteless pastry cream with a stale appearance! Far from the reputation of yesteryear. The staff barely has time to say hello and seems to be in a rush 24 hours a day.

J'y vais tous les jours maintenant, grâce à une jolie et surtout très très très très très accueillante vendeuse avec des magnifiques tatouages. Puis évidemment, tout est bon chez eux

03/04/2024: Passing through Vernon, after a short walk in the city center, I made a quick stop at this brasserie. Simple and warm welcome, correctly installed, clean place, I had a good time. Personally, fortunately these places still exist, because I tire of fast food and tacos.
