We dined enterrasse and it was very good, classic good french food. A little bit nostalgic that the old interior decor and menu was gone (I loved the onion soup), but the new menu still had the same flare and extensive selection. Service was very attentive and patient, we enjoyed our time!

Very nice restaurant, a bit hidden.. great atmosphere both inside, very nicely decorated, but also recommended outside. Food very good, service professional and very friendly. Always worth a visit

Good brasserie ideally located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement. The setting is worthy of the Belle Epoque, the room is very large and the terrace is very pleasant.
The menu is simple but rather well done: little things to share for an aperitif (boards, seafood, etc.), and more classic starters, main courses or desserts.
The food is good, but nothing more when you look at the prices charged.
The wine list is quite well stocked but relatively expensive for the place, which is a shame.
Small downside on the service which cannot keep up, we had a lot of patience to take the order, but also between each course.

Superb setting, the dish was good but very basic presentation (meat + fries, period! A little greenery would have been nice...) Likewise the dessert 'Coupe Floderer' for one person did not correspond to the pcq description more kirsh...
The least we can do is warn beforehand and suggest something else, which was done after our comment. Nice service

November 2023: Good experience within Floderer, an atypical and rustic setting. The sauerkraut was good, especially the one with 3 fish/beurre blanc!
April 2024: Recently renovated brasserie, the setting has been modernized which makes the place much brighter. However, what a disappointment on the menu, no more sauerkraut, no more good dishes typical of a brasserie. The dishes offered have fallen to the level of the majority of restaurants, banal and seen everywhere. It’s a shame not to play the Alsatian brasserie menu to the fullest.
Correct service, nothing more.

A pleasant discovery!
The staff is super pleasant and takes great care of the customers :)
The meals are very good! I had a quinoa salad and I rarely enjoyed it so much!
Regarding the prices, they are more than reasonable given the location and the quality of the service and products!
I recommend with my eyes closed

Discovery in this part of Paris. Just reopened after a major redecoration. A beautiful restaurant breathing a warm and luxurious atmosphere of times gone by. The service is excellent. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. I warmly recommend this restaurant to all who are visiting Paris and are looking for a good restaurant in the Gare du Nord area!!

The dishes are good, but the service is really poor: error on the order, they did not inform us that the kitchen was closing and we were therefore not able to have dessert even though we had been waiting for 20 minutes. 'be rid of.
The table next to us had to ask for their bill 4 times. They redid the storefront but did not improve the quality. Damage
