Je connais cet endroit depuis de nombreuses années pour l avoir frequente très souvent, la cuisine est excellente, l ambiance y est très sympa. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Si vous déjeunez sur le pouce ou si vous avez le temps Le Chabalier saura vous satisfaire. Le chef et son équipe achètent leurs produits frais tous les matins. Le menu est surtout à l'ardoise avec des plats de type brasserie parfaitement réalisés. L'ambiance brasserie est bien présente et le personnel aux petits soins. Le Chabalier allez-y et retournez-y 😉

Tuvaletlerde 5 dakikadan fazla kalınamıyormuş. Karnı ağrıyan, hazım sorunu yaşayan burada sıkıntı çeker 😬

Le Valois

04/04/2024: My colleague and I walked from Gare du Nord to a meeting which was just around the corner from Valois. My plan was to eat at a French bistro ahead of our meeting and this is what we experienced. I think we were fairly lucky to get a table without a reservation. Everyone at the bistro was very polite. The food was great but it wasn't what I ordered. I guess I can't really fault the staff for not understanding English. I ordered blood sausage and sole came out instead. Even with the mistake I would definitely go back if/when I have a meeting at the same location
02/04/2024: I had the best time at Valois. Maréva was amazing. Kevin put me at ease as I was a little shy upon arrival. Mamadou was polite. I stayed for several hours till closing. Super friendly service in a great location. I shall get started on those French film recommendations. Merci beaucoup!
