Very beautiful setting, very welcoming, funny and warm staff. Good food and good wine.

Since 2014, we have followed Christophe Bolis, the talented chef of Café de France, in his inventions which highlight local products and wines. At the top in the dining room thanks to sommelier Ludovic who tirelessly searches for the first vintages of growing estates, and in the pleasant setting of the Caderousse dikes which allow you to have lunch in town (almost) without cars, you let yourself be charmed, surprised, nourished and water. To the rhythm of the holidays and for the pleasure of the taste buds. Christophe, keep hustling and working, we love your cooking and your team so much!

There are surprises that completely change the experiences. A real favorite! Christophe and Ludovic have their hearts on their sleeves. The love of sharing. Outstanding relaxed professionalism. The dishes are tasty, the wine selection is careful and exceptional. Don’t hesitate to take a 1-hour detour to come and enjoy the Café de France!

A daily menu that is always very good and interesting and a sophisticated and eclectic choice of wine. Too bad the restaurant is more than an hour from my house, it would become my canteen. You can come with your eyes closed.
