What a great discovery! This restaurant is worth a visit. The dishes were refined and delicious accompanied by an impressive menu of vouchers. We also appreciated the kindness of Chef Besse who took the time to explain everything to all the customers.

Superb address. Crazy star chef who prepares the food in front of you. A very good address in the Michelin guide and very affordable. Address a little away on foot (2.5 km) from the center of Lyon but it is worth the detour.

When we go to a restaurant, we don’t just come to eat. We are also looking for a setting and an atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent, and meat lovers will definitely find something to their liking here. Nothing to say. On the other hand, despite pleasant service and an attentive waitress, it is difficult not to feel uncomfortable when you hear the chef yelling at the team and reprimanding them in any decomplexion. It's hard not to have compassion for these people who are being publicly humiliated. I invite the managers of this restaurant to be aware that dirty laundry is washed in private, and that it is very indelicate to call customers as witnesses. This is neither pleasant for the staff, nor pleasant for us either. If you like cozy atmospheres and cordiality, you are in the wrong place.
