04/06/2024: Excellent, everything is perfect. The welcome, the service, the food... pure joy. The quenelle was perfect, the brains of canut delicious. Beer (thanks for the advice 😊) too. Without a doubt, on my next professional trip to Lyon, I will come back to this restaurant!
