It’s simple, I’ve never drunk better water than at Carrousel. I dare to call it “BEST WATER BAR IN PARIS”. Then the staff is super cool, good people, good tshirts. WE love !

My favorite bar in the neighborhood, best music to dance to and then head downstairs to the Métro Joséphine club to stay all night! Also great for rugby matches which are often broadcast with a team of regulars ;) Special mention for the staff, always adorable so don't stop at the opinion!

Cet endroit est incroyable ! Tout d'abord, le personnel est tellement sympathique !! Leur personnalité merveilleuse et leur service incroyable me donnent envie d'y retourner sans cesse. À chaque fois que j'entre dans cet endroit, il est plein de bonnes énergies, de bonne musique et d'une foule joyeuse ! Ensuite, en bas, il y a une boîte de nuit souterraine thématisée comme une station de métro ! Les week-ends sont généralement réservés à des DJ talentueux, une occasion parfaite pour danser avec des amis et profiter de la nuit avec une musique géniale ! Cet endroit est définitivement mon choix numéro un si je veux passer un bon moment, en semaine ou le week-end. Allez Carrousel !

04/05/2024: I love cafes with a strong heritage. This is one of them 100yr existence. We were strolling along the they admiring the book and art shops and decided to have lunch. We had French Onion soup- delicious, crepe with caramel. I asked for bread from the Waiter and he said arrogantly that "there is bread in the soup" I like to dip bread into the soup and was not given the chance. When u asked for the bill, he asked if I was going to tip him. I said a flat NO. Has meals over the days and no one every asked for a tip. That spoilt my experience. It was still a good meal because we very a lady from Alabama and 2 girls fun Florida. Beware the

Le Saint Augustin

04/04/2024: Bavette ok, pasta ok, steak hache ok, hamburger was raw, we received an adapted version without any problem. Friendly service
23/03/2024: A classic Parisian brasserie. Not incredibly good unfortunately. The meat was tough, not of the best quality, it's a shame for the price. Prices quite expensive, but it's Paris, you can expect that. The side dish and sauce were good, however. The board too (for Paris 😁) On the other hand, the service needs to be reviewed: the jaded waiter who throws the cards on the table or who is drunk that we have not yet chosen (even though the brasserie was far from full), this is not top. And the wine (a Brouilly), which must be served chilled (12-13 degrees), I am aware, but which arrives at fridge temperature. And the waiter who explains that it's normal. Well no, it's not... And it bothers me to pay for it. In short, not incredible, not really recommended, but okay for a quick lunch.
