The best pancakes and crepes in Boulogne

Very good creperie, close to the metro (line 9). Smiling welcome and service. My friend was not won over by his whole pancake: a little bland and not buttery enough. For my part, I loved the “breizh burger” patty: the minced steak is delicious, Aubrac breed and low in fat (only 5% fat). Side salad paid for but generously served and delicious, fresh and crunchy. Possibility of adding nuts. We kindly agreed to replace the crepe with a buckwheat pancake as a base for dessert. It was delicious. The prices are a little high for the basic recipes (complete at €13.20) but remain correct overall. Avoid coming by car if possible, parking is difficult and unpredictable in the neighborhood.

So well received, perfectly helpful the chef has the image of his cuisine I highly recommend for the part yesterday I had the crepe of the day with chicken cheddar yum, and my friend a Norwegian crepe followed by a small green salad and homemade vinaigrette.

Very bland pancakes/pancakes: For the Provençal galette, the tomato basil lacked taste. The tomato sauce is not served generously and seems industrial because it is very tasteless. The tuna pancake was barely processed. The canned tuna was poured without any seasoning. The presentation needs to be reviewed. Like at home... At this price the crepes could be accompanied by salad. The dough had no taste for either the pancake or the crepes. Furthermore, the pancakes were made in advance so the dough was very hard and elastic. We even had trouble cutting the dough. Very expensive for what it is. Bad value for money. I was even a little muddy after this meal.
