Chez Diego sur Marseille

Picture this: Easter Monday, everything closed, we venture outside in coldish weather hoping to find any form of food. Supermarkets were also closed. We were losing hope. Then, a light: Diego was already working behind the counter to open up 1hr later. We did not know, and asked to sit down. He kindly accepted, prepared a nice breakfast with sweet and savory foods. It was amazing. Could not go again because of trip logistics, but I will make sure to pass by in the future, and would encourage to do the same!

I went there with my husband. We took the brunch formula for 25 euros each (French toast, brownie, pancake, nutella, fruit juice, egg muffin, scrambled egg, hot drink). How can I tell you that we were pleasantly surprised. Generous portions and a varied brunch.

Great ! We had coffee with brownies and pancakes, it was delicious :) Only the toilets can be improved by adding a lock ;)

We are always well received at Diego's, we feel at home and his dishes are delicious! I recommend the pulled pork or the smash burger 👍
