When you arrive at the bouchon through a charming little street (Rue Major Martin) you don't have to be very discerning to see the warmth and quality of the place, since there is usually a line to get in, we recommend booking because otherwise you will stay in place. When you enter it reminds you of family meals, since the place is small and you have to sit next to people you don't know, or maybe you do. The cuisine is traditional but without ceasing to be sophisticated and elaborate, everything is very good. The service has been lovely, we recommend the quenelle. All perfect.

For my birthday my darling surprised me at Paul's, very well received, good atmosphere and the meal was super good, thanks to the chef, I recommend it, it's worth the detour

You can eat until you're full, but it's clear that hobolho is very popular. People who like pork head meat and intestines will have no problem.

For my 50th birthday, I was looking for a nice place with hearty cuisine to satisfy guests of 10 to 75 without spending the day. I was not disappointed, a warm welcome from a team with the same first name as me and obviously also the same age. Nice aperitif and quickly served (small downside for the soft drinks, I don't drink alcohol) followed by a simple and well executed starter. For the dishes, all the guests were able to enjoy what they wanted on the menu. Many thanks for the attention given to my daughter-in-law who is vegetarian, a dish just for her. The simple desserts served straight from the dish like the starters are perfect to finish filling your belly (well done for a corkage 🤣). I really appreciated the little candle on the crème caramel. Good place to eat simply, quickly and without asking questions during a festive event.

We came to eat as a family for the first time at this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise. Very warm welcome, the dishes are generous and excellent. Very good products made with passion. We can only recommend this real Lyonnais cork.
