Each of the dishes served were very good: the flavors went perfectly together and the variety of textures gave depth to the dishes. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Only downside: for a 60€ menu I was expecting several sweet treats after dessert, and I was disappointed to only have one.

Everything was just perfect, from the welcome to the dishes, including the wines, the service, the setting, the atmosphere...
We opted for the weekday lunch menu which is really more than reasonably priced and yet, no compromise on quality: it was fabulous.
In short, the lunch menu is renewed every week, I think we will come more often!

Succulent, we enjoyed ourselves as every time we had the chance to taste the dishes concocted by the chef. A delight, and always with a touch of originality.

We leave Strasbourg and its tourist frenzy, we spend a few euros for a car (at four the price of a dish in a restaurant...) with driver, we are transported to the calm of the Strasbourg suburbs. We are welcomed at Colbert by a friendly and no less professional "waiter", he will accompany us throughout our evening with his advice and discretion which we greatly appreciated.
The dishes follow one another and each one deserves our praise, they are tasty, the cooking is perfect, we will keep a magnificent gastronomic memory of this place, the only downside is that we cannot believe our eyes, the restaurant only accommodated a tenth of its capacity in terms of guests. It’s a shame that some people prefer the mediocrity of tourist cuisine to the flavors of fresh, young cuisine full of promise.
