It's an excellent restaurant, the setting is pleasant, the cuisine varied and delicious, the staff are attentive and friendly. Just a little noisy because of a lot of customers. I recommend booking.

Restaurant that I recommend. The products are fresh and very well cooked, local and seasonal. The service is pleasant, smiling, but a bit insistent. It's a detail compared to the rest of the service. The chef and his team are very nice! Go for it 👍

01/04/2024: Very nice surprise for this restaurant. Warm welcome and light and succulent flamekueches, just like in Strasbourg. Beautiful Alsatian wine list. Excellent value for money. A very good address in Saint-Etienne!
22/03/2024: I didn't try their cuisine because we were in a meeting in this brand, but for the beers it's top notch for the choices very targeted on Alsace, lots of explanations from the staff on their products.
