Dame Gourmande sur Granville

The tea room is pleasant and could have been 4* BUT the manager is a little too insistent and that's a shame. Indeed, when he brings you the card, he actually assumes that you will be having a pastry and gives you explanations about each cake without you asking, using superlatives for each. That's a bit of an exaggeration. When he comes back to take the order, he asks you directly what dessert you will have and not if you would like one. Another point,  when you serve someone you don't go in front of them to put the cutlery,  you go around.

During a long weekend in Granville, we went to Dame Gourmande... Every day! Top service, very good food and a very pleasant setting. I recommend+++

Little break in this tea room on a sunny but cold Saturday. We arrived when there were no tables available but it was really cold outside. We showed up at reception and waited for a table to become available. In the meantime, an elderly couple behind us sees a table become available and instead of waiting, rushes past us as if nothing had happened. The team didn't really react. My companion still decides to go see these disrespectful people who just replied that we should know that we were waiting for a table... In short, it started off badly. After a few minutes, we still got a table. And like all the other negative comments about this tea room, it is really the waiting and the organization that is failing in this establishment. 25-30 minutes to be served (2 coffees and 2 pastries). It's really very complicated. The tables next to us were also waiting. I don't know if the owners read the comments but you need to review your organization. Otherwise, it's okay, even pretty good

Difficult to judge the quality of the products because we left after twenty minutes of waiting without anything happening (clearing and cleaning the table, or giving a card...). The room was not full, in my opinion, it's just a lack of organization.

Very pleasant moment! I had the rice pasta soup and my partner had the butternut velouté with toast. It was really good . The young women who run this salon are very nice. Very warm and cozy tea room, clean toilet

Après une dernière expérience pendant ce mois de décembre, c'est décidé, ça sera la dernière. Dommage... Le cadre est sympa, les produits faits maisons sont bons mais alors le service... On dirait même que c'est de pire en pire. Le temps d'attente pour un goûter est de 45 minutes minimum alors que la salle n'est pas immense et qu'il n'y a pas 50 personnes à servir. Pour cette dernière visite. 5 boissons dont 2 froides et une part de gâteau (déjà prêt) il a fallu attendre 35 minutes. Ça sera donc la dernière. Bonne continuation à vous.
