But the best part is the Professionally Cool Service.

Enjoyed a wonderful evening in Metz.
We received a warm welcome and a very good table in the front area, which is very comfortably furnished. Our dog had enough space and was given water immediately. We had decided on the 6-course surprise menu, but asked whether it would be possible to include pigeon as it was on the lunch menu. After a short discussion with the chef, this special request was fulfilled. Thanks again for that 🙂
We enjoyed all the courses excellently, and the service was impeccable and if the new waiter didn't know something, he clarified it. Everything was great, we would like to come back on the next trip.

A wall full of shelves with gastronomy books sets you in the right atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and the whole ambiance is relaxed and cosy.
You can chose between 4 (€60) or 6 (€78) menu and add another 20 for specials like caviar or vagio beef. We took the 4 dishes which was lovely food and found the addition wasn’t required.
Local tasty wine was served in a very reasonable pricing - what else is needed? 😀

For those appreciating high-level cooking. With his 6 dishes "blind" menu, the chef guides you in a journey of very delicate flavors. The choice of the Moselle wines accompanying the menu was a discovery and are convincing.

This place is a hidden gem, as its name says. The food is of the highest quality, well presented, and with creative combination of ingredients. Wine selection is also great. The only remark is the seating, which is slightly uncomfortable as you can’t get the chair close enough to the table due to its design. It also takes slightly too long to get the dishes so plan a longer night, especially if going for a 4 or 6 course menu. We took a 4-course menu with an addition of a cheese plate and this was plenty of food. The price is on a higher end but the food is certainly of a very good quality.

Meal bordering on perfection. Very good dishes, classic but sublimated. Superb decoration, you feel really good there. Fast and attentive service. The only downside, it was a little cold...

Warm welcome, exotic decor, cocooning atmosphere, attentive service, the menu is a tasting of flavors 😍 very well advised on the wine at the table also no false note from the beginning to the end of the dinner. I recommend to everyone. I will go back for sure 😋
