I randomly went into a restaurant when I was walking in Lyon. It tasted very good. I don’t know anything about English or French, but the clerk was still very patient and patient in explaining the dishes. Thank you very much! Come again if you have the chance!

Very nice little restaurant (and off the tourist streets!). The staff is young, smiling and attentive, we found the dishes excellent (local rillettes, terrine, beef tataki, gnocci) with original flavors, desserts also very good. To do again.

04/04/2024: Generally we love vapiano, having visited in 4 countries. We were so excited to see a vapiano in Lyon, because we would know what we were getting. The food, as always, was great, and the location was amazing. However, the place inside felt run down. The seats were torn, the basil was wilted, and the place was generally dirty. Nothing worse than walking into a restaurant and the previous diners leftovers are crusting up in their abandoned bowls. The toilets were exceptionally dirty and the sink tap was broken- I’m sure the staff have somewhere else to wash their hands, but it doesn’t fill you with confidence about the hygiene! Come on vapiano, we know you can do better than this. This place has great potential!

31/03/2024: We visited this restaurant this evening and were pleased with how quickly our drinks were served when we arrived. However, we had to wait 45 minutes for our meals, which were served only after asking. The waitress was very helpful and pleasant, but unfortunately the manager seemed more concerned with the football game on TV than the needs of the customers. His language and lack of attention towards us and the waitress was disappointing. Despite this, the food was ok, although the dishes were quite simple, without any side dishes like salad. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and attention to detail.
