A crowded and popular natural wine bar with dining options. I was lucky and got in without waiting. It's nice that the kitchen is open until 11 o'clock. It is a small portion with a tapas feel and the price range is around 15-30 euros. The food quality was very good. Menus are creatively designed with a variety of ingredients. However, in the first half, the meat, gnocchi, etc. were a bit salty. Instead, the sauces and purees were well balanced. There seems to be a lot of wine, but there is no wine list. If you tell me what style you like, a kind and pretty girl will recommend it. The only downside is that they open right away without telling you what kind of wine it is or what the price is. Of course, the wine recommended was delicious, so it was okay.

Wow! Loved the food and the casual vibe!! My wife is a great Italian cook, but even she could not find fault with their take on stuffed gnocchi! The duck was also amazing! Nice people, great food and a very enjoyable experience!!

Best restaurant in Paris without a doubt! With the best selection of natural wine ever. The food was exceptionally good, combined with the relaxed vibe and friendly service. Dishes range between 10-35 euros, which is more than worth your money.

If you aren’t a too cool for school or Williamsburg reject (or look like one), then it will be difficult to get good service or not have marijuana smoke blown in your face. Good foods and although I abstain from alcohol, my partner really liked her drink. Fun crown and great place to people watch.

Despite my rating, I really like Early June as the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service is always top notch, and the wine list is great. However, the food can be a hit or miss, depending on the chef they have at the time of your visit (which is hard to plan for because they don't have a schedule and you typically have to reserve ahead or just try your luck with walk-ins). I've visited twice now, the first time was superb. Norwegian chef, we ordered the entire menu. All the dishes were delicate, well thought out, and well balanced. Wine paired well with everything and honestly a fantastic experience all around. I loved it, couldn't wait to come back. The second time, it was a group of 3 chefs from Shanghai. Again, we ordered almost the entire menu. The menu had both classic Chinese dishes (cucumber salad, dan-dan noodles), and some interesting dishes that are less common (pork brain, pigeon). The more typical dishes were nothing special, and I felt a bit ripped off as the price of the dan-dan noodles was really high for just... well, a very small portion of regular dan-dan noodles. This time, it just felt like the menu was not well considered and the wine did not compliment the dishes. While I understand it can be difficult to curate an amazing experience every time (given some of the chefs only stay for 1 week or even a few short days), I am just slightly disappointed with my last visit and not sure if I can truly say that Early June is a "must try" in Paris due to the significant fluctuation in quality and experience.

We went here in March for my birthday. I was on holiday with my bro. We had a bit of a wait which was expected as we knew It was one of the most popular places in Paris. We arrived and were instantly accommodated for. The sommmelier asked us what we would like to drink and we said a list of wines that we liked and entrusted him with a choice for us. The bottle did not disappoint at all. perfect choice. Food wise it was immaculate. Swift, quality and delicious food came quickly and as soon as we had finished our previous course. As well as the high quality of the service and the food; the vibe was immaculate. Candlelit, chill, accommodating and pristine vibes made our amazing dinner that bit better. Thank you so much !

Love early June - if you can book it then you’re blessed. The rotating chef model is phenomenal - chef Jason Oh has such a modern and innovative take on Korean cuisine. 10/10 - go ahead and order the whole menu.

We came after watching Action Bronson's videos on YT. Best restaurant in Paris, without fail. Originality raised to another level. Every X weeks they bring a chef from one part of the world to cook. We had a chef from Seoul and the truth is that we loved all the dishes. Greetings to Elias! A crack like all the staff. We will be back!

04/05/2024: Good evening Paris! Hello France! Good evening! What's new ? Tasting series with a type of food established in France. The famous and very tasty soup d'oignon (onion soup). Series of 3. We break the ice with No. 1 debuting at La Flamme restaurant. Located very close to the Arc de Triomphe and many means of transport especially the metro. This restaurant has a tradition in French culinary art but also on an international level. With an air of the 30-40s but transposed to modern criteria, it attracts through its central position, the kindness of the staff together with the hygiene, the cleanliness felt both inside and outside because we stayed outside and let's not forget to mention the taste of the products that offers. Congratulations to the kitchen staff + chefs, sous chefs. We start with the important dish I would say, the onion soup. One thing I noticed, it is served au gratin and that adds extra and enhances its flavor and taste. It was brought warm and I felt besides the taste of onions combined with the soup and the necessary vegetables together with the melted beef (bones from what was explained to me too), a good match and if some may find it a bit fatty, although it is cut quite a lot because it is a different way of preparation compared to the beef soup, you also have bread both separately and found in the soup bowl. Served with a slice, two of bread will surely satisfy any taste be it of expert culinary critic. Two courses: Pizza Regina and Spaghetti Bolognese Yes, the Queen with a big R because that way it's easier to tell you that it's identical to pizza prosciutto e funghi. The top was fluffy but not puffy and not too undercooked. It was prepared correctly and well, it even reminded you of Italy with those spices and you could also feel the presence of balsamic oil and a little garlic. It stayed in the oven exactly as long as it had to and so after the first slice I felt it would be tasty and it was. I would also say that we used cheese from a house specific to France - Fromagerie because it was highlighted in the menu. Spaghetti Bolognese First of all, I praise the beef, which I'm sure was of local origin, because the menu also offered meats on the side, beef mentioning that it was local and there was also the option of beef from Argentina. Coming back, the beef was very delicious and the bolognese dishes matched well and the sauce which was seasoned due to the beef and ingredients and very good. I should mention that I received them hot and steam came out from the moment I started mixing. Spaghetti also well prepared, neither too soft nor too crispy. They were stopped and mixed with the meat and sauce, they came together properly. And another surprise, in a glass I received some parmesan, obviously from the fromageria with which the restaurant has a contract, and it was tasty, especially mixed with the portion of spaghetti. In conclusion, it was a not only good but also tasty dinner. The popular reputation and very good food are confirmed. Congratulations to the team, the kitchen and thank you for the dinner at La Flamme!

16/05/2024: Excellent lunch as part of a cruise deal. Food was well presented and very tasty. Very well organised which was required as it was very busy. Located on the Seine so lots of action to view. Recommended.
