We called on Raphaël Chambolle and his team as caterer for our wedding. The wine of honor was a great success, as was the fine and refined meal. The service was also good with people always available. Our guests have only given us positive feedback. We highly recommend “entre Loire et Sologne” for your events.

28/03/2024: A very pleasant welcome with friendly and smiling people. The cuisine is a delight....the dumplings are great 👍the meat is very tender. As for desserts, what can I say other than that the profiteroles are...yum yum...great and the brioche melts in your mouth. It's definitely worth coming from Paris 😊 I recommend it to anyone passing through Sully sur Loire. The two strong points, the Château and the Trévi. 👍👍
24/03/2024: We were here on a Sunday and were able to learn that there are only menus (2 or 3 courses) on Sundays. In addition to the regular ticket, there is also a day ticket. The menus were very, very tasty and very filling.

20/05/2024: Very nice and pleasant waitress. Caesar salad for €17.50… with homemade Caesar sauce written uuuh.. watch out for open kitchens, Amora Caesar sauce in a jar, I’ve seen it… Good, but very very expensive… and not home
19/05/2024: Although the place is unassuming at first glance, it is far from a tourist trap where mediocre food is often found. The pizzas are exceptional, notably thanks to the dough which is simply succulent. It is no surprise that the chef is an authentic, passionate and experienced Italian. You can feel it in his accent, you can see it in his work, and once the pizza is in your mouth, it delights your taste buds to no end. The boss and staff are also very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. In short, an address not to be missed.
