Very quickly, things degenerate and this same customer becomes very violent (throwing objects on the counter in the faces of the poor employees, threatening to come to blows, jumping over the counter, insults), all in front of the children present! Security intervened very late, let the individuals come and go as they pleased several times, and even served them their ice cream! Ashamed. The police should have been called to the scene to ensure the safety of customers and also the threatened employees. We will never set foot there again!

I was very pleasantly surprised that the cook went around the tables to ask if we would like to refill the hot plates so that she could clean the starchy vegetable bar, this is a great strong point and a great respect for the customer.

Since the major renovation, the Flunch in Ronq has improved enormously! Modern furnishings, playground for children and the food has also improved. Buffet food is hot and most of it tastes good. Moreover, the kitchen is now open continuously and you no longer have to wait until 7 p.m. The prices are still very interesting, have hardly become more expensive despite the hyperinflation.

The only problem in this new decor is the toilets. A disaster all the time. Ask yourself whether they should not be charged to limit the lack of hygiene and respect for certain users.

We loved this Flunch, frankly for some time now, the Flunch really didn't mean anything to me, I was too disappointed each time. And surprise, I loved it! Well, as always, there were a lot of people and it can be a little annoying but overall, it was great, clean, quite quick. A Flunch worth the detour!
