Hotel de Bordeaux sur Pons

The restaurant at the Bordeaux hotel is of good quality. The setting can sometimes seem surprising (choice to paint each wall of the room in a different but ultra flashy color which gives a certain difference with the table setting). The patio is pleasant on sunny days, with the murmur of the fountain. The cuisine has gone down in quality with the change of cook, for my taste. The goat's cream tartlet was so strong in the mouth that I wondered if it was Roquefort...Fresh, local products, menu according to the seasons

1 hour from Bordeaux, the restaurant is worth the trip. The cuisine is refined and creative and the service pays homage to French know-how. The piano finished this perfect chord.

I love this place because it is very well maintained, the perfect service, the welcoming rooms and the quality restaurant. I particularly like 2 things: the magnificent glass ball on the banister and this magnificent spirits table in the dining room. See you soon
