Opening of the season two days ago. Magnificent start, very beautiful products very well crafted, a coherent menu, the beautiful Drappier champagnes (a Mercier by the glass??!!), we had the 3 starters, well made, then the lamb, divine, and the fish from day, a superbly worked mule. For dessert, the lighthouse and a chocolate, a treat. Whiskey tasting to round off the meal, just to finish in style. As a wine, a well-made Saumur Champigny. A note on the prices of the wines, very contained, around 150-200% of the wine merchant price, or even much less on exceptional vintages. (Krug Champagne, vintage Don Perignon, Yquem..) A very beautiful moment in a very pretty setting with this view of the entrance to the port of Sauzon which is just magnificent. A friendly, understanding and responsive service, and very smiling.
