Restaurant: after an aperitif by the fire, we let ourselves be tempted by a "surprise" menu which allowed us to appreciate all the talent of chef Stéphane Nougier. The quality of the (seasonal!) products is impeccable, their preparation combines classicism and innovation, the wine list is extensive, the service and table setting is refined, in short, a Bib Gourmand label completely justified for a very pleasant gastronomic break .
