Jack's Bar sur Les Allues

25/01/2024: On our "night out" as chalet staff had the day off we booked quite late for this central restaurant - arriving we were offered a small table which was very near the door. Waitress was very helpful when I requested to move further in and we were given a high table with stools - quite near the bar but OK. Drinks arrived quickly after ordering we had beer as we had decided on the pizzas - having looked at other diners' choices! This turned out to be a good idea as they were large and very well-made - we chose basic pizza and added extras - in my case extra anchovy and mozzarella - and green olives were an obvious addition as they are "free". The pizzas were delivered fresh out of the oven and very hot. Also hot chilli oil was offered and I put a little too much on - be aware that the oil is made with VERY hot chilli. A lovely meal - slightly noisy but this is as expected after "apres ski"

08/01/2024: 6 of us for this visit. 5 pizza and one Lasagna. All tasted very good. Pizza nice and warm fresh from the oven. Friendly staff . Clean toilets.
