An experience worthy of a 3*. Small gleaner pucks in the form of flavored ice cubes (?). A poetic and magnificent dressage. Exceptional service. One server in particular had a friendly, somewhat playful but professional style that we loved. First entry that is both poetic and magnificent. Between sweetness (raspberry gelatin) and perfect cooking. Unfortunately I didn't dare to mix enough and the acidity only arrived on my last taste with the raspberry. Second transcendent entry. A magnificent emulsion that must be mixed to discover a light mayonnaise and super crunchy vegetables. A delight. A signature line bass whose scales provide a sublime texture. A light fishy taste. Excellent sauces. A subtle meat which I unfortunately made the mistake of submerging in sauce and which I lost the taste for afterwards... A transcendent dessert centered around citrus fruits and basilica. The balance with acidity and sweetness is phenomenal. The demarcation with the other 1* desserts is obvious.

Unforgettable experience on the occasion of Madame’s 30th birthday. The staff, despite the stars, was very friendly, they happily laughed with us. The pace of the dishes was perfect, the service was perfectly mastered. And the cuisine was exceptional, with some incredible dishes, especially visually. One of our best restaurants, thank you to the whole team.

The meeting of two universes can produce both wonderful and cruel things. Unfortunately, it is this last feeling that will sum up the memory of this birthday lunch spent at Mr. Kobayashi’s house. A whole celebration to present a harmless Périgord truffle in its wooden case, like a pagan deity. The unpleasant feeling of disturbing the service when you ask to taste the wines blind. Caviar, wagyu beef and truffles follow one another without relief to delight the customer who comes to taste the labels. The slap announced at the time of the signature dish turns out to be a somewhat soft caress, like these March tomatoes. Is it good ? Yes. Is it as good as it is expensive? No.
