“PERFECT” is the ideal word to describe our first experience in this restaurant that we had the chance to discover through a friend and we were quite proud to go there. We took the menu for €78 and all stages of our meal were of exceptional taste. Without even talking about the welcome, all the staff were at the top so if you read this little message don't hesitate and book without delay!!!!!!! Thank you to the chef (boss) for the 2 small teas that you offered us.

A more than warm welcome. A very nice discovery that took us to Japan. A real treat for our taste buds where we were served at the minute to always taste hot. Gourmet doesn't always mean leaving on an empty stomach. We left enchanted and full without feeling excessive. Everything was perfect, I just regret not having asked permission for a little souvenir photo with the Chef :) But it’s only a postponement 😊

Always a good time in this restaurant with its modern and cozy decor. The original concept of a unique skewer menu does not seem to limit the chef's creativity as he always takes care to highlight noble and French seasonal products that he cooks according to Japanese principles. Each skewer is a perfect combination of flavors and textures. The sake menu has been completely renewed and offers bottles with less classic aromas than the sake generally distributed in France. But the selection is always uncompromising: all the sake is excellent, well suited to French palates and goes well with the chef's cuisine. There is also the desire to present a selection of wines in the same spirit: good productions with fairly rounded tastes at reasonable prices and which will pair well with the chef's cuisine without overwhelming the flavor of a truffle or nori seaweed. But frankly it would be a shame not to try what I consider to be the best selection of sake in Paris to accompany a meal. The sake is served in small quantities which allows you to try several during the meal, the waiters always providing good advice. And I love the ability to choose the texture and color of your sake glass.

It's quite an interesting experience, especially writing your first name with the sauce on the plate to give customers a warm and new experience. The overall service is good, I always appreciate the little details of service in Japanese restaurants. The friend who goes to Japan often thinks the food is average. Personally, I find: 1. The chef prepares the food in front of you, which is reassuring. 2. There is too much frying, making it seem that the freshness and taste of the original ingredients are lost, and the dishes all taste the same. I remember that the Japanese don't like too oily foods, they use absorbent paper to remove all the oil before eating. This is not the case in this restaurant.

The service is professional, courteous, perfect. Having the sauces suggested by a subtle message from the management of the peaks was appreciated. On paper, the idea of ​​eating small fried skewers seems great, but in reality, we appreciated despite all the work of the chefs to ensure that the cooking was light. Sometimes, we found that frying didn't bring much interest to the ingredients, so we took the wagyu and freshly grated truffle options. Damage. It was still a pleasant experience. PS: we liked the option of a frozen dessert but also fried!
