L' Avenue Restaurant sur Chantilly

Loved it. Popped in on a Sunday night and it was very busy which we took as a good sign. Varied enough menu with the classic staples. Had burrata and tomato salad with balsamic vinaigrette - spot on. Three steak and frites exactly as you would expect. One sea bream well cooked. 50 cl of muscadet and a 1999 Cote Rotie for 79 euros: outstanding wine for that price. 4 coffees. 240 euros. Good staff who managed with our French and their (much better) English. Recommended.

Endroit agréable et chaleureux. Plats à la hauteur de nos attentes. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Serveurs plaisants et sympathiques.
