Superb restaurant in this little Bastide! I didn't know this restaurant and it was a real surprise to discover that the room was full of guests! Fortunately my son (who knew this establishment) had reserved for the 7 of us!!! Thank you very much our delicious meals!! It's for sure... We will come back!!!

Nadège is attentive, smiling and very responsive, she advises perfectly. The food is delicious, the crepes live up to the reputation, hats off to the kitchen/service. We will come back.

We have been having lunch there once a week for 2 months now, always delighted with the warm welcome, the variety of dishes offered, and the friendly atmosphere. An excellent address in Monflanquin.

Restaurant Moulin de Boulede

10/05/2024: What a special, intense and beautiful week I had at @maynedeboulede located in Monflanquin. Karen and her family have a beautiful place there with holiday homes in beautiful nature. She also organizes retreats. We were able to experience a family constellation retreat there with a beautiful group of women. We laughed, cried, gained insights, to learn from each other, and to dare to look at and feel things. Danne, Karen's daughter, cooked delicious Vegan food for us all week and surprised us with the most delicious dishes that each time looked like a painting with beautiful and healthy ingredients. Karen made sure we lacked nothing. She is a very sweet woman who works hard to arrange everything so well. I have felt so welcome. It was a week not to be forgotten. I look back on it with a great sense of gratitude.
06/05/2024: We did a Silence week at Boulede between March 18 and 25, 2024. We immediately felt at home there because of the warm welcome and the meals from chef Danne were also great. We will definitely return to this beautiful location
