Un chef talentueux qui utilise avec bonheur les produits locaux dans une démarche responsable. Un accueil sympathique, quelques longueurs dans le service qui devraient vite être corrigées étant donné le soucis de perfection du chef et de son épouse. Une cuisine bistronomique qui va sans aucun doute aller plus haut .. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Warm welcome, calm place, and the chef who delighted us.

Double room 100€, FR 14€/pers. Room no.2 Very nice reception. The hotel has only had new owners since June. Great location, very quiet. Nice pool. Small general store about 5 minutes on foot. The dinner (menu 40€) was incredibly good. Unfortunately we don't have gluten-free bread yet, but I was able to take mine with me. I think there will definitely be some here soon, it's definitely worth asking again. Breakfast with cheese, sausage, salmon and the boss also brings you eggs. A cup of coffee with it, perfect and on a terrace with a picturesque view.

This place is like heaven on earth. It’s about 15-20 minutes outside Carcassonne, and absolutely worth it!! There wasn’t much open in Aragon when we were there (first week of March), but there are lots of wineries in the area. We didn’t mind because once we arrived we didn’t want to leave. We were on the ground floor and our room opened up into the garden where there were chairs for us right outside our door to sit and enjoy the incredible view of the local wineries. The bathtub was incredible, I highly recommend a bath! We had a long day of driving and this was the perfect place to stay and relax and enjoy ourselves in rural France. The restaurant in the hotel might as well be a Michelin star! Seriously, this food was so incredible! The chef has worked in Greece and Spain (if I’m remembering correctly), snd he is extremely talented. We enjoyed every single dish on the tasting menu - the octopus melts in your mouth like butter! We drank delicious wine from the winery next door that you can see from the dinning room, which felt that much more extra special. We don’t normally eat the breakfast at hotels, but dinner was so amazing we had too and it was the best decision. Definitely take the chef up when he asks if you want scrambled eggs! Yes- yes you do! Thank you so much for this amazing night, we are dreaming of returning someday! And thank you again for the delicious bag of homemade marshmallows! I’m proud and embarrassed to say we ate them all! Very good, very very good cuisine, you just need to add vegetables, raw vegetables and local products and it would be perfect. The welcome deserves 5 stars, it is simply perfect.

Come stay here for the kindness of the owners, for the setting, and expect an exploitation of flavors if you eat there!!

I haven't returned but I find this place magnificent from the outside and in a sublime setting.

Very pleasant stay at the La Bergerie hotel. Congratulations to the chef for our meal at the restaurant on Saturday evening. The dishes are fine and the wine excellent! We appreciated all the attention from the staff. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and calm. It’s a perfect place to enjoy this region.

Nous y sommes allés pour le repas du premier jour de l'an. Le menu goûteux, bon accueil, Restaurant simple accueillant avec une cuisine gastronomique. Seul bémol, c'est que nous avions précisé par mail l'anniversaire de notre fille lors de la réservation. Une petite bougie sur la tarte tatin aurait parfait ce repas . Ce fût un très bon moment, je recommande ce restaurant pour sa qualité, et ces plats.
