Not exceptional.
It was better before.
The patio has been improved to the detriment of the interior which has lost its soul.
Too many staff who stir up the wind (that said, very friendly), very decent cuisine but too much choice, halfway between a pizzeria and a brasserie. Disappointing desserts.
Not sure we'll come back in winter.
We sense a desire to transform this place into a seasonal restaurant for tourists.

A great time spent in this restaurant.
A warm and very welcoming atmosphere.
The food was excellent (bull tataki, catch of the day over a wood fire...) and tiramisu with fougasse. Everything was excellent!

We ended up in the restaurant by chance and then came back because none of the other restaurants that were recommended to us as particularly upscale could keep up. At La Carmague everything is freshly made, well seasoned, simply heavenly. The food tasted “real and unadulterated”. The waiters and waitress were very friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian, I could simply choose part of a dish or something was created for me that wasn't on the menu. My husband had grilled fish once, meat once, both cooked perfectly. The desserts were a dream. The decor is very rustic and special, but that somehow fits in with it. Definitely recommended!

We had an incredible time with friends. Fast service, very well presented and delicious dishes. The server was efficient and very friendly. The entire team who recently took over the restaurant is very pleasant. Excellent table for an affordable price. I highly recommend.

Very nice setting and excellent meal.
The only downside is the music...
We would have liked to be able to enjoy the tranquility of the place. There we were treated to the "best of" from the 80's....
