Passable experience in this magnificent and popular place! We came to this restaurant twice but having not reserved, there was no more space available for a family of 4. In July there were 9 of us, this time we had reservations. But what a disappointment!!!! The table was sticky... the novice waitress forgot us for the order - 45 min wait! Once orders are taken, 2 dishes are ultimately no longer available. We change them. Finally 11 dishes arrived for 9 people because the dishes were finally available. The chicken legs were raw. We ask the manager to come and see. She offers us 4 coffees to compensate us. No ! Finally a commercial gesture was granted to us, 1 chicken in 2 will not be counted. At the checkout, oh surprise! Salty note!!! There were the 2 extra dishes + the chicken not removed... Well, it wasn't all negative of course! The fish and seafood were delicious! The setting is magnificent. The servers are overwhelmed but pleasant!

Disappointed by the menu with only 3 dishes. A little dry cassoulet and very average carpaccio.
We waited 1/2 hour for the desserts which we did not have because it was too long.
For the price the service is average. We pay for the frame. I came in 2021 and praised the restaurant, what a disappointment for my guests.

Perfect food at a more than reasonable price considering the product you eat.
We shared a varied plate that included oysters, mussels, shrimp, snails and crab. On the side, a sea bream with salt. We accompany it with a rosé wine and a dessert at the end (dessert du Saunier).
All very rich. The total price was €101.50 between two people.
Keep in mind that we had a table at 9 p.m., and when ordering the seafood dish you eat quite slowly while trying to clean the crab, we almost ran out of the sea bream because the kitchen closed. It is advisable to reserve the table a little earlier if you want to eat said dish and then eat another one (with the seafood platter we almost had enough). They also let us order dessert as the last diners.

If you don’t like seafood, don’t go. The cassoulet is terrible. The best deal is probably the mussels. The seafood platters are amazing assortment. The French fries are the best in all of France. Definitely make reservations.

First visit to the salt worker’s lazaret. I've wanted to try it for a long time and I wasn't disappointed. How can you not be sensitive to the charm of this restaurant! With this magnificent view of the pink salt flats. And the icing on the cake is that we eat well 😀and with a smile! I recommend the sea bream in a salt crust accompanied by homemade fries. A delight! I highly recommend this restaurant. 🤗
