Very nice discovery, finally a real bistronomic restaurant in Essonne, that's a pleasure. The welcome, the setting and the dishes served are in perfect harmony. April 2024 We had the great pleasure of celebrating the baptism of our children as a family in this restaurant and we would like to thank Yoann for his attentiveness and availability, Léa for her work with the wedding cake and the whole team for her good humor and his welcome. May 2024 It goes without saying that our family really fell in love with this restaurant. This time we came to celebrate a birthday and chives are always a safe choice with their consistent quality. The new terrace adds a nice touch, its beautiful furniture makes it a perfect place to relax. A nice surprise was the asparagus with yuzu, an exquisite taste discovery that is definitely worth the detour! We can't wait to discover the new menu!!!

Resumption of this restaurant that we had never visited in more than twenty-five years in the area, we discovered a charming place, a short, gourmet and attractive menu, a good little gastronomy as we were looking for. And we were not disappointed apart from two service errors which we will put down to inexperience: the beef fillet with pepper sauce was served... without its pepper sauce (I had it reported afterwards, because I had forgotten it, but seeing it go to another table...). And the cheese served with local honey... it was surely my turn to be the beehive. Next time, maybe the fifth star will be reached. Well done and persevere: fine cuisine, but beautiful dishes, the house-made rum offered as a digestive is a little extra appreciated. Remember to book! == September 29, 2023 After a little failure in August (forgetting the pepper sauce in the entrecôte with pepper sauce...), we went back there last night and we were not disappointed. Renewed menu (which will be renewed in two weeks), we enjoyed it from start to finish, from the appetizer to the sweet treat offered with the bill. This bistronomic does not usurp its identity. The chef concocts quality dishes for us with quality products and if the quantity can sometimes seem light (as in all these types of restaurants), after leaving the table, we are full, satisfied and we only have one I want to come back. Which explains the addition of the missing star... == February 16, 2024 After having spent an excellent New Year's Eve in this restaurant, we returned for the fourth time in February to discover the current menu. First surprise, the price of the card has increased again (small surprise, the March card will increase again, going from 39 euros in August then September to 42 euros at the start of the year and 46 euros...). The dishes are still as good, fine, sophisticated, but what can justify these successive increases? The restaurant is not (yet) starred, but the team behaves as such with these untimely increases. Oh, and they only accept positive reviews, they don't question themselves and get offended if we rightly criticize the increase in the price of the menu, accusing them of harassment since I publish my opinions regardless they are on different media.

1ere expérience à la ciboulette après le changement d'équipe, pour la St Valentin. Menu en 7 services de haute volée, proposé par une jeune équipe dynamique. Cadre relooké dans la salle, apportant une touche de modernité A tester en semaine pour voir si le même niveau de qualité est présent En tout cas je conseille si vous êtes dans les environs d'Arpajon

Service sympathique et agréable. Des produits frais et excellemment bien cuisinés. Cuisine délicate et raffinée. Ambiance très sympa avec de la musique des années 70 et 80. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Bravo à l’équipe.
