A superb discovery in Collobrieres. Refined dishes, elegantly presented, good, with an impeccable welcome Special mention at the starter, the goat's cheese chaplain which was excellent, but also the exotic alcoholic cocktail beautifully presented, with little pieces of strawberries 🍓 inside (for only €6, by the way!) We were passing through but there is no doubt that we will return to this place if the opportunity arises. The arrival of the chef at the end of the meal was also very rewarding! The salmon with saffron sauce is a marvel and what can we say about the tiramisu with chestnut cream, an ecstasy in the mouth and the crème brûlée a treat for desert lovers.
